Rule Change
On August 6, 2006 the Canton Dizzy Dean Board of Directors voted to change
the number of players a Manager may protect to 2 players with one exception:
Managers with a 2nd child in an age group will be required to select the
sibling in the 2nd round of the draft.
If for any reason a manager does not have both protected players, the manager
will pick the 2nd player after 1 complete round of the draft has been completed.
